Project Synopsis.
WaveGauge is a custom hardware, software and technology platform architected, designed and developed for Receptornet Technologies. The WaveGauge technology platform was designed to create a suite of wireless digital instrumentation products for the marine, RV and recreational property markets.
An innovative architecture to support development and full-scale prototyping of low-powered wireless mesh systems was envisioned and delivered. Both hardware and software infrastructures were created to enable wireless measurement of system and state conditions. This project required deep strength in several diverse technical disciplines and advanced systems integration. H/W prototypes for electronic and mechanical designs, circuit-level schematics and PCB designs to developing routing algorithms and S/W prototypes to view network data collected by mesh sensors were all created.
